Dear Friends, in light of yesterday’s tragic event of an assassination attempt on former President Trump and related deaths we are advised to cancel the event.
There are not only security concerns but also our presence there might be misinterpreted as a protest against former President Trump and the RNC.
Our sources tell us that the focus at the convention will emphatically not be on Ukraine or foreign policy in general. It is likely that the entire Republican National Convention will be reoriented around the aftermath of the attack.
Our goal was to thank Republicans for their support thus far and to encourage them to continue standing with Ukraine until complete victory is achieved. Our messages and unveiling of the flag may seem "tone deaf" or not in keeping with reality and met with hostility.
We appreciate everyone’s willingness and readiness to Stand for Ukraine. God Bless the United States of America! Slava Ukraini! .

Дорогі друзі, в звʼязку з вчорашніми подіями - замах на життя бувшого президента Трампа ми змушені відмінити заплановані до республіканської конвенції події.
Наші джерела в Вашингтоні повідомили що наша присутність може інтерпретуватися як протест проти Трампа а не акція подяки і прохання про підтримку України . Весь фокус конвенції буде повʼязаний зі вчорашніми подіями а не з питанням України чи міжнародної політики. Теж охоронці громадського порядку попереджають про підвищену фізичну небезпеку для громадськості.
Тому ми надзвичайно вдячні всім що зголосилися, ми будемо продовжувати тримати руку на пульсі подій, поступати так як диктує час і робити те що могло б максимально допомогти посилити підтримку України в Сполучених Штатах. Просимо про розуміння і подальшу підтримку. Слава Україні!

1) Make a sign (either handwritten or printed). We suggest the text “Cheer for Ukraine”. You can also add “We stand with Ukraine,” “Pray for Ukraine,” or “Together for Ukraine”.
2) Take a photo of all of you, where your sign is visible in the picture. Alternatively, you can take a photo with a white post and add the text and symbols afterward! (:

My wife, Nataliya Davoha, our girls, and I were incredibly honored and privileged to participate in Mountain Seed Foundation's 2023 program for from . It was one of those "transformational" experiences that's nearly impossible to convey in words, but this work was beautifully highlighted by 60 Minutes recently (Michael Rey). This weekend we had the opportunity to share this important work and other efforts to provide ongoing medical aid to with one of our local news channels in Wisconsin.
