We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our first babies of 2025! Born just hours into the new year, these precious little ones are already bringing joy to their families and our entire hospital team.

👶🚼Everett Powell was born at 12:43 a.m. to Morgan and Barrett Powell, of Hernando, at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. Everett is 7 pounds, 14 ounces, 20 inches.

👼🚼Khemistry Saige Dean was born at 3:47 a.m. to Kchloe and Fredrick Dean, of Senatobia, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. Khemistry is 7 pounds, 1.2 ounces, 19 inches.

👼🚼Ava was born at 1:05 p.m. to Lon-Nisha Stewart and Alfred Bowens, of Memphis, at Methodist South Hospital. Ava is 8 pounds, 8 ounces and 20 inches.

As a preceptor for University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy, Andreece Gandy, PharmD, MBA, Director of Pharmacy for Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital, served as the Keynote Speaker at the UTHSC White Coat Ceremony – Class of 2028.

Andreece delivered an inspiring speech about her remarkable career journey in pharmacy. She encouraged the Class of 2028 to “embrace your community, be resilient, uphold the legacy of the pharmacy profession, and never lose sight of the humanity of the patients you serve.
