The Gardens of Germantown is the first community completely focused on memory care and the only progressive memory care in the Mid-South, offering three distinct neighborhoods based on our residents’ level of cognitive decline. Each neighborhood has its own dining and living area—just like home! The large living rooms allow residents to engage with others, getting to know their neighbors and maki

ng new friends. Our open-floor concept encourages residents to participate in activities and enjoy life at the Gardens. Best of all, residents feel more connected and cared about from day-one. The Gardens of Germantown is conveniently located between Poplar Pike and Poplar Avenue near Forest Hill Irene between Germantown and Collierville, also near East Memphis.
