We wrap up TribeFest in three days and want to remind you to finish strong. As we head into the weekend, remember to…

• Get active. Move around whether if that’s via an Iron Tribe workout or simply a walk around your neighborhood.

• Eat well. Don’t derail all of your progress by eating junk this weekend. Drink water, eat nutrient-dense food, and try to get as much color on your plate as possible.

• Recover. Allow your body and mind to let go of whatever stress you may have on your life right now and get good sleep.

It’s time to retest where we’re at.

Next week is Test-Out week and to start it with a bang 💥 we’ve got our Quarterly Fitness Test!

We’ve been completing this same workout every three months throughout the year and now it’s time to see how we do with it… ONE. LAST. TIME.

It’s offered tomorrow at 8AM. PUSH and PRIME start times have been flexed appropriately.

Chris Winsett!

Chris’s training has been Bad to the Bone 🦴 and the results have shown. In just six months of training with Iron Tribe, he has:

• Lost over 35 pounds and 12% body fat 👀
• Increased his muscle mass and strength 💪
• Improved his energy and stamina ⚡️
