We took a special detour with the new bus to honor an outstanding individual. Fred and his wife Carol were the first couple to call Fairway Knoll home when it opened in 2018. They are widely admired and have always been a source of inspiration. Fred has already proposed a name!

Fairway Knoll epicureans enjoyed pho (pronounced “fuh”) at Evie’s Vietnamese Kitchen. Pho is a popular dish that consists of a flavorful broth, rice noodles, beef (or other protein), fresh herbs, bean sprouts and lime wedges. Judging by the smiles on their faces pho was a hit!
