Please give a warm welcome to Diamond Smith, our new medical assistant and office manager! Diamond has been in healthcare since the age of 18. She began her career as a resident aide and medication technician before earning her CNA license and transitioning into the hospital setting. In 2021, she became a Clinical Certified Medical Assistant and has since worked in multiple specialties, including family medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, podiatry, and OB. She is a proud mom of three beautiful girls. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and coaching elementary school cheerleading during basketball season. She truly enjoys the work she does and loves helping others. She is excited to join this team and become part of the Full Circle family!

Please give a warm welcome to April, our new Virtual Assistant! Some of you may have already spoken with her, as she leapt into action when our previous VA went on maternity leave. April is a registered nurse from the Philippines with over 3 years of experience as a medical virtual assistant, providing remote patient care, administrative support, and clinical coordination. Before transitioning to virtual work, she spent 2 years as a bedside nurse in medical wards, ICU and COVID-19 units ~ experiences that deeply shaped her resilience, compassion, and adaptability. April lives by the mindset: “Don’t just exist. Live.” This belief inspires her to bring purpose and presence into every aspect of her work and life. Outside of nursing, April finds joy in connecting with nature whether it's hiking, spending time with family & friends at the beach, or trekking through the mountains. Now excited to be part of the team at Full Circle Family Medicine, she looks forward to learning, growing, and contributing for many years to come!
