Pilates is strength training through spring resistance while on the equipment (reformer or springboard). While in a mat or barre class resistance is found by working deep within your bodies muscles alone and sometimes with props if assistance is needed. Some benefits of Pilates are: An increase in strength and muscle toning, long lean muscle mass, improvement in postural structure, better balance, deep engagement in core muscles in a new and completely different way, more flexibility which helps to ward off injury. Pilates is for women and men of all ages, cross training, continued rehab from injury or after surgery, joint issues such as misalignment, arthritis, osteopenia, osteoporosis, neurological issues, prenatal & post pregnancy, and much more. Our studio packs are designed to create a dedicated schedule for your training and success. For example:
4 pack is 1 time a week. 8 pack is 2 times a week.
12 pack is 3 times a week. 20 pack is 4 times a week.

Flux offers Privates, Duets, 30 min. Express Sessions and Group Equipment Classes (up to 4 in a class). We also have mat & barre classes.
