This class gives you 8 continuing education hours of training in massage cupping approved for Wisconsin licensing. Cupping feels good as it provides a different way to loosen stiff tissues and decrease pain. This class will give you the background and hands-on practice you need to be confident working with the cups in your massage work. Yoga Tune Up – Friday, September 27th, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This class gives you 8 continuing education hours in which you will review anatomy and physiology including the musculoskeletal, nervous, and digestive systems. You will learn self-care and relaxation techniques to enhance your skeletal muscle mobility as well as fascial pliability through exploring exercise techniques using various modalities including balls and stretch straps. You will also learn how to best serve your clients by gaining a better understanding of viscera including how the diaphragm and pelvic floor are connected and how stressed intestines my lead to forward head posture.
