the naughtiest, prettiest barn cat who brought great joy, life and love to so many of us connected to Germantown Community Farm. she lived a wildly beautiful 17ish years. she's truly cat famous.
•
this feisty one really taught me so much, gave me unconditional loving and/or bitchy company, and showed me how to really live it up whether laying on a sheepskin or in a pile of dirt. being a part of a household that included her, her sister Fancy, and their mother, Mama Cat, alongside a crew of such incredible humans, was one of the most significant times of my life so far. i will cherish her memory, and our time all together, forever.

(Hobo, tell Fancy and Mama Cat i love and miss them. I hope y'all are reunited around the hugest bowl of half & half. I can't thank you enough for sharing your life with me. Every paw slap and nuzzle you gave, every piece of food you swiped, was truly a highlight to my day. I really love you so dearly and hope you know how damn much we all love you 💝)

after almost 2 years of not operating "in person" (after 10 years of doing so!), i opened the new studio doors to the public this past weekend. i was nervous ~ like i had my first market jitters all over again. i wondered if anyone would come. if they'd feel just as at home and comfy in my kingston studio vs the storefront in hudson. i'm still living in an active change and transition, and opening the studio doors felt so vulnerable. and that was a wild feeling...

thennnnn all you cutie pies rolled in! so many dear old friends, new friends!, and hunnies that have used good fight's remedies for so long. i was floored, held, filled up & felt deeply supported. i'm also crying typing this but you probably knew that already. thank you all for coming to visit from so near and so far! I LOVE YOU. I'M SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU 💝
