Our Story

Ultima Medical & Aesthetics was established in 2004 and officially opened in 2005. Ultima offers a revolutionary approach to healthcare delivery, integrating high quality comprehensive medical care with advanced aesthetic services. With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, we pride ourselves on providing personalized top-notch medical and cosmetic care in one place. At Ultima you will not only feel good, you will also look good! Having outgrown our former location, we expanded and built a brand new state of the art medical office in August 2016. This move and the bigger office allowed us to accommodate our growing number of patients as well as meet the growing demand for our aesthetic services and innovative treatments. Ultima Medical & Aesthetics offers a wide range of medical and aesthetics services. We cover primary care, sick visits, urgent care, IV fluids, travel medicine and minor surgical procedures. We provide in-office vascular screening services including echo-cardiograms, carotid dopplers, aorta and renal artery scans and other arterial and venous scans. We are a medical cannabis certification center. We also offer several cosmetic procedures such as fractional laser, laser skin resurfacing, laser skin rejuvenation, weight management, fat reduction, laser hair removal, Botox, dermal fillers, SmartLipo, laser liposuction, chemical peels and professional grade skincare products.
