This lovely client came in curious about Kybella after her friend’s great results—but she was afraid of needles.
After a thorough assessment of her neck, skin quality, and concerns, I recommended starting with ExoFreeze cryotherapy first.
Because of her age and the amount of loose skin present, using Kybella right away could have actually worsened skin laxity and created a “turkey neck” appearance. Instead, cryotherapy allows us to:
