Xonna M. Clark, LLC Empowering women to live and lead from a full cup! https://linktr.ee/xonnamclark That was my wake up call. I was too busy building my ”successful” life.

I used to be like many of my clients: busy, stressed, in the middle of midlife, and super committed to my corporate job as senior business counsel for GE and the life and success I thought I wanted. What I didn’t quite know then was that my body was sending messages that I wasn’t listening to. Eventually, it started showing up in my body, first as hypertension, then pre-diabetes, and even a cancer scare. It took hearing my doctor say the word CANCER twenty-five times in ten minutes to get me to actually LISTEN to what my soul had been crying out for some time. Yes, I had heard it before many times, I had never really listened. This was my key turning point in my journey to wellness. Finally, I listened to my heart, took one step at a time, and got the right help until I finally got to true soul success. After learning how to access the whole and complete me, I’ve had no more hypertension, no more pre-diabetes, no more cancer scares, and I can actually spend my time doing things that make my soul sing. Now, I want to take what I’ve learned from MY OWN journey, and share it with you. WHO I WORK WITH:
I work primarily with high achieving mid-life women who are executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders of their community, who have given decades to their work and family while sacrificing their own health, energy, and wellbeing. After being this type myself and also working with many such women, I have found that it doesn’t matter if you’ve been making millions as the CEO of your or someone else’s business, or having a massive impact with your non-profit or ministry, we often get so excited about our work, that we leave ourselves dead last. You may find yourself saying, “I have so much more to give, but I can’t give it because I don’t have the energy.”

You may be looking to make a bigger impact in your current career, or you may be looking for stage 2 of your life – which maybe includes writing a book, speaking, or going in a totally different direction. However, if you are exhausted, burnt out, struggling with health challenges, and not listening to the deep inner wisdom of your soul, you can’t do it. You feel fragmented. That’s where I come in. We can’t continue our good work if we are not taking care of our whole self, and at this stage of life, we don’t want to take 5-10 years to get there. We may know what to do, we may even teach it, but until we embody it at a deep soul level, we will not feel whole and complete, and our results will always be superficial and fleeting. My mission is to help you integrate and embody both conscious actions and subconscious repatterning into a holistic, healthy lifestyle so that you can have the career, relationships, and freedom to live a life you love AND the vibrant health and energy to do so. When we resonate at this deep soul level, we stress less, get well, stay well, and create even more positive impact in our work and life. We exude vibrant health, radiant energy and enjoy a life we love! We feel true soul success! MY SPECIALTIES INCLUDE:
Overcoming Chronic Health Imbalances

If your habits “work”…
and then fall apart when life gets busy -
it’s not a consistency problem.

It’s what’s underneath.

There are 3 layers most women have never been supported in:

Hidden patterns (beliefs, identity, conditioning)
Nervous system capacity
Full-body alignment (nutrition, hormones, energy)

Without these…
even the right habits won’t hold.

This is why it keeps feeling like you’re “close”…
but not quite there.

I’ll be walking through this live tonight at 6PM ET if you want to see how this applies to you. Register in comments

You can have the right food in your house.

You can know exactly what to do.

And then in the moment…
you find yourself doing something else.

Not all the time.

But enough that it creates the cycle:
start → feel good → life happens → fall off → repeat

And most women think:
“I just need more discipline.”

But that moment?

That’s not a discipline problem.

It’s your system doing what it’s been conditioned to do.
And until that’s supported-
it keeps happening.

If this feels familiar, I’m breaking this down live on April 14.

“I don’t want this to be something I’m always working on.”

A woman said this to me recently and it stayed with me.

Because what she meant was:

→ not tracking everything
→ not starting over
→ not trying to stay consistent

She wanted it to feel…
natural.

Like this is just who I am.

And that’s the shift most approaches miss.

This isn’t just about habits.

It’s about becoming the woman
whose body can actually support that way of living.

I’ll be walking through this live tomorrow April 14 if you want to see how this applies to you. Details below.

I could out-discipline almost anyone.

And still…
my body wasn’t stabilizing.

My energy was inconsistent.
My health was shifting.

And what I didn’t see at the time was this:
Things were working…
just enough
to keep me stuck in the same pattern
for another 5–10 years.

That’s what scared me.

Because I didn’t want my next chapter
to be built from the same way of operating
that created the last one.

That’s when I realized -
this isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about whether your body can actually support
the life you’re trying to create.

If this is the one area that feels like a struggle for you, you’re not alone.

I’ll be talking more about this this week. Link in comments below

Many women believe that if they keep trying the right things, eventually something will stabilize.

Improve nutrition.
Focus on sleep.
Manage stress better.

And sometimes those efforts help.

But what I often see is something quieter.

The same patterns repeating for another five or ten years.

Not dramatically worse.
Just… the same.

Energy that feels less predictable.

Health habits that collapse when life intensifies.

A body that doesn’t respond the way it once did.

Eventually many women reach a moment where they realize something important:
“My next chapter won’t emerge from the same operating system that created the last one.”

🎥 I recorded a short video about this pattern.
Tonight I’ll be teaching a live session where I explain the framework I use with accomplished women to restore the internal capacity required for their next chapter.

Many of the women I work with are incredibly knowledgeable about health.

They’ve read the books.
They understand nutrition.
They’ve tried coaching, therapy, or wellness programs.

So the problem isn’t information.

What’s often missing is sequencing.

Most programs layer new habits on top of a nervous system that’s already overloaded.

But sustainable change usually requires stabilizing the internal foundation first.

Nervous system regulation.
Metabolic stability.
Then behavioral change.

When the foundation stabilizes, habits stop collapsing under pressure, and you stop repeating the same patterns for the next decade.

I recorded a short video explaining why sequencing matters so much👇

Tomorrow evening I’m teaching a live session where I’ll walk through the full framework I use with accomplished women to restore internal capacity and vitality so you have the energy, health and resilience to create and enjoy your next chapter.

If that conversation would support you, you’re welcome to join us.

Achiever energy builds incredible lives.

It’s the energy that allows women to build careers, lead teams, raise families, and hold a lot together.

For many years, it works beautifully.

But something interesting often happens in midlife.

The same Achiever energy that built success can quietly become metabolically expensive.

The nervous system stays vigilant.

Recovery takes longer.
Energy becomes less predictable.

And many women start wondering why their body isn’t responding the way it used to.

Nothing is “wrong.”

Often it simply means the operating system that carried you through one chapter of life is no longer the one that will sustain the next.

I recorded a short video explaining this shift and why it matters for accomplished women navigating midlife.

I’ll also be teaching the full framework I use with clients in a live webinar Tuesday.

Did you know inconsistency with your health habits is never the problem….

Most women feel shame or guilt when they are inconsistent with their health habits.

But what I see is something different.

That inconsistency is just a sign of something deeper.

When internal capacity is depleted, the nervous system returns to familiar survival patterns under pressure.

Not because you lack discipline.

Because your system hasn’t stabilized yet.

I recorded a short video about this pattern and how it affects accomplished women in midlife.

I’ll also be teaching the full framework in a live session Tuesday.

“Many accomplished women tell me:
‘I know exactly what to do for my health… I just don’t consistently do it.’

And so often they quietly feel a lot of shame and guilt!

What they rarely realize is that this pattern is often just biological.

When the nervous system remains in a constant state of vigilance, the body prioritizes survival over expansion.

That’s why new habits often collapse under pressure.

It isn’t a lack of knowledge or discipline.
It’s a lack of stabilized internal capacity.

I’ll be teaching more about this in Tuesday’s webinar. Link in comments.

Something many accomplished women notice after 45…

Something interesting happens for many accomplished women in the second half of life.

Just as they start thinking about what they want their next chapter to look like…

The habits that used to support them don’t seem to hold the same way anymore.

Sleep.
Nutrition.
Self-care.
Energy.

Not because they’ve lost discipline.

Often because the body in midlife is asking for a different foundation of support.

This is something I see constantly in the women I work with.

Curious if you’ve noticed this in your own life recently. If this resonates, comment “next chapter".

Sunday night motivation is real.
So is the Friday crash.

If you’ve been living in the loop of:

“I’ll start fresh tomorrow” → strong Monday → dip midweek → depleted by Friday → reset again…
that’s not inconsistency.

It’s a capacity pattern.

On Tuesday, I’m breaking down why this happens and what actually needs to shift underneath it so your energy can become steady, not something you keep restarting.

We’ll also do guided integrations live, and you’ll want to feel those in your body, not just hear the concept.

Why I love doing what I do!

I want to share why helping people using food, personalized nutrition and lifestyle is so important to me.

As some of you know, I have a passion for helping people regulate their blood sugar as a foundation for eradicating many symptoms and health challenges and bringing greater balance to their mind, body and life. The primary reasons for this are twofold:

1) I have been there, and

2) I have seen over and over again in my practice how balancing this one aspect of our physiology alleviates so many other imbalances in the body, and allows you to live a sweeter life.
