Did you know skin cancer is the most common cancer in the U.S.? The best defense is catching it early—so here’s a quick tip you can remember: the ABCDEs of melanoma.

👀 A – Asymmetry: One half looks different from the other.
✏️ B – Border: Edges are uneven or blurry.
🎨 C – Color: More than one shade in the same spot.
📏 D – Diameter: Bigger than a pencil eraser.
🔄 E – Evolving: It’s changing, itching, or bleeding.

💡 Look for these signs or a spot that is new or unusual.

Your skin tells a story—let’s make sure it’s a healthy one.

Daily Sun Protection: Your Most Important Anti-Aging & Health Step! ☀️

When it comes to skincare, there's one non-negotiable rule: protect your skin from the sun. Consistent, daily use of sunscreen is the single most effective way to prevent premature aging, sunspots, and skin cancer.

My simple recommendation: ✅ Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. ✅ Apply it every morning as the last step of your skincare routine. ✅ Don't forget often-missed spots like your ears, neck, and the back of your hands. ✅ Reapply every two hours if you're outdoors.

Make sunscreen a habit, not a hassle. Your skin will thank you for years to come!
