Please remember that most vascular procedures are essential in preventing major health complications and even mortality. Delaying your procedure could cause complications to your health. If you are concerned, please contact us to discuss before canceling.

MASKS REQUIRED: To ensure the utmost safety of our staff and patients, everyone MUST wear masks in the office, regardless of county mandate suspension or vaccination status.

If necessary, one additional person may accompany a patient in the office. Additional person must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination at the front desk.

If you have any of the following symptoms or situations, please contact the office:

Cough
Fever
Runny Nose
Sore Throat
Positive test for COVID-19
If anyone is present in our office with any of the above symptoms, we reserve the right to ask them to reschedule their appointment unless they provide us with negative test results for COVID-19.
