Dr. Rance Wilbourn is a Board Certified Neurologist. Lifestyle Neurology is owned and run by Rance and Hope Wilbourn. We are located at 2215 West Street, Germantown TN 38138. We are excited to open this summer (JULY 2019)! We will begin booking appointments in June. Please watch for updates as we get the building ready and offer many more services. :)

Some services that will be provided are: Neurological evaluations for migraine, spinal pain, ADD, stroke, TIA, syncope, vertigo, seizure, parkinsons, tremor, memory loss among others. Testing including EEG, EMG, and NCV. Botox, trigger injections, aesthetics, weight management and more.
