It’s almost time…
Come start the day with us for 9:00 yoga with guided meditation. Heather Krey will guide into poses to help you welcome and take on the day.

Yoga with guided meditation is also available at 12:00 and at 3:00 today.

Massage with Ron, Reflexology with Tammy, and Reflexology with Amy also have available appointments today. You still have time, so come check it out. Then enjoy a peaceful meander around the grounds-visit with Grandpa, have a seat at the Turning Point, take a walk through Angel Valley, and much more. Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you for it.
