Our Skilled Nursing Facility is Heart Failure certified through the American Heart Association. Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is a 135 bed skilled nursing facility. We offer rehabilitation, long term care, respite services and Share and Care Adult Daycare. On our rehab unit we offer private and semi-private rooms. Each patient has their own flat screen TV and phone. We also offer a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Patient's who would benefit from cardiac rehab are monitored closely by nursing, rehab and our dietician. Together this team comes up with a treatment plan and goals to get the patient home safely and with helpful guidelines to follow.
