This week, we recognize National Eating Disorders Awareness Week in partnership with the National Eating Disorders Association. Eating disorders don’t have one look. They impact people of every age, identity, body size, and background.
Too often, shame and misinformation keep people silent. We’re here to change that. By educating ourselves, challenging stigma, and making support visible, we create space for healing and recovery.

Remedy is doing well as he recovers from a recent medical procedure. Over the coming week, you may see him in the office on some days and resting at home on others, depending on how he’s feeling.

We appreciate your understanding as we honor the same healing principles we encourage for everyone in our care—helpers included. 🧡

Our Story

The Phoenix bird is a mythological bird that is cyclically reborn again. When it is ready for rebirth it sets itself on fire and is reborn; stronger from its own ashes. A prefect metaphor for the process of counseling; through insight, self awareness, and dedication to the change process we are reborn from our ashes.
