Remedy is doing well as he recovers from a recent medical procedure. Over the coming week, you may see him in the office on some days and resting at home on others, depending on how he’s feeling.

We appreciate your understanding as we honor the same healing principles we encourage for everyone in our care—helpers included. 🧡

After the holidays, routines shift, motivation dips, and seasonal depression can feel heavier.
On the days you can, step outside. Even brief time out of the house—fresh air, sunlight, movement—can help regulate mood and support your nervous system.

Our very first Holiday Open House was everything we hoped for and a little bit extra — winter crafts, cookies that disappeared way too fast, the coziest hot chocolate bar, and a Santa who absolutely stole the spotlight… even from Remedy (he’s still processing the betrayal).

Our Story

The Phoenix bird is a mythological bird that is cyclically reborn again. When it is ready for rebirth it sets itself on fire and is reborn; stronger from its own ashes. A prefect metaphor for the process of counseling; through insight, self awareness, and dedication to the change process we are reborn from our ashes.
