I am now booking a limited number of private Sound Bath Meditation Experiences this summer for hosts who would love to invite their own curated group of family and friends. This is a private gathering, not open to the public, designed for connection, relaxation, and a little summer magic.

If you have been curious about sound meditation but unsure where to start, the sessions at the Adams County Arts Council are such a beautiful and accessible option 💜

This is my only location offering a limited number of zero gravity chairs, making it a wonderful choice for anyone who may have difficulty getting on and off the floor, or simply prefers a more supported, comfortable experience.

Located right in the heart of town, it is easy to get to with a convenient parking lot just across the street…no stress, just arrive and settle in.

Unlike my mini sessions, this is a full one-hour immersive experience, allowing you the time and space to truly drop in, reset, and receive the full benefits of the sound journey.

You will also be surrounded by beautiful, inspiring artwork on display, adding an extra layer of creativity, calm, and sensory richness to the experience 🎨

As an added bonus, Adams County Arts Council members receive a small discount as a thank you for supporting the arts in our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined me this evening. Your presence and shared intention always create such a meaningful collective experience.

Deep gratitude to Megan, Gettysburg Heritage Center, and the Gettysburg Nature Alliance for inviting me to offer tonight’s session in the truly breathtaking Barn at Sach’s Bridge. It is an honor to share sound in such a serene space.
