Time to meet our teachers! Over the next few days we will be introducing our friendly and experienced teachers in each classroom.

First up…!

Lorena and Dinora are teachers in our Toddler Room. Their care for the children is apparent from the moment you walk in. My daughter makes sure to emphatically wave to them on her way to the pre-school room. They have such warm hearts and their experience working with children makes them wonderful additions to our team.

It’s FRI(YAY)!!

Director Amy and Assistant Director Brooke are ready for our first day Monday. We cannot wait to see everyone!

This week has been packed with tours and registrations. Space still remains, but with our opening day set we anticipate a waitlist sooner than later. Come visit to tour our amazing facility and meet our incredible (and very experienced) team.

We were going to wait until we open to announce this (Monday! SO excited), but families have asked about the relationship with GPG (the gym) here in Gettysburg. The two companies are both part of the same GPG family. was founded in 2018 to promote better physical and mental health and optimize each individual’s potential. The gym has supported local sports teams and schools, and has been very big advocates for an “education first, sports and activities second” approach. The community of members and families heavily encouraged the establishment of the learning academy. GPG is about being a better individual - no matter what age - through physical health, mental health, education, and kindness.

What this means for YOU….YES, parents with a student enrolled (no matter the number of days per week) will receive a 20% discount on any GPG membership. The gym is 24 hours and located at the Outlet Shoppes of Gettysburg, less than a mile from the learning academy.

I hope that helps answer some of the questions and, hey, it’s a really nice “perk” of being a part of the GPG family!

The announcement that we’ve wanted to make for a long time. Our team has been working tirelessly for this and we couldn’t be more excited…

It’s official: Monday will be our first day, WE ARE OPEN!

We are still accepting children for enrollment upon remaining available space.

We have a busy schedule with private tours and enrollments this week, but if you’d like to come visit, please reach out for available times.

We have some final items that will be completed after opening. Most notably we are waiting on the manufacturer to finish our custom order for the installation of a huge outdoor playground (hence the temporary play fencing).

We cannot wait to share our AMAZING team of teachers with you! They’re all very excited and we are THRILLED to have them.

While this doesn’t appear to be the most exciting visual, as a fellow parent of a toddler who will be in the building, it is exciting (to me at least!). These are the HVAC specs. This 1,000 lb unit will turn fresh air through the building approximately every 26 minutes!

Fresh, new air helps dilute and remove airborne contaminants, including viruses and bacteria 🦠.

This is just another quiet example of some of the benefits we will provide to make your child’s experience as great (and healthy) as possible.
