We are excited to introduce our newest addition, Laci Smith. Welcome to the group.

Laci is an ordained and certified Reiki Master and Energy Healing Practitioner who was first introduced to energy healing through her own journey of personal transformation. During a time of deep inner work, Reiki helped her reconnect with her body, listen to her intuition, and rebuild her sense of self-worth and self-love. Through this healing process, she discovered not only a way to support her own well-being, but a calling to help others do the same.

Laci now offers heart-centered, client-focused Reiki sessions designed to support emotional balance, stress relief, and energetic alignment. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded—creating a safe and calming space where clients can release what they’re carrying and return to a place of peace within themselves.

With a strong belief in the body’s natural ability to heal, Laci uses Reiki along with sound healing to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and restore harmony in mind, body and spirit. Whether you’re moving through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking deeper relaxation and self-awareness, Laci brings compassionate presence and steady care to every session.

If you struggle with anxiety and you love the outdoors, fishing is a great coping strategy and distraction skill. Natural sunlight is also a great resource for depression. It is summer, so if you can, get out there and enjoy the weather.
