We are SO excited to announce a new program coming to our Hudson location! We are scheduled to start Wednesdays in January 2024!

Here are some details of what the program includes:

✨Executed by a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer to help with movement and activity guidance
✨Weigh in w/ body composition scan (never forced)
✨Nutrition education on various topics that help you build long lasting habits to keep you on track
