Giving thanks for these days of summer warmth mingling with cool breezes and an occasional red leaf peeping through the green. This picture was as my sister’s wedding last summer, and I am wearing one of my favorite shades of green. I am so grateful for the unfolding of my creative existence as a living being and holistic GynEcologist. The farmhouse office and studio in Ghent is thriving, and I am still seeing patients in NYC every two weeks. Incorporating my training in medical acupuncture, somatic movement, and yoga therapy with functional, osteopathic, and anthroposophic medicine, resonating with the cycles of life, the rhythms of nature, and the innate intelligence of the body. I have been noticing that despite the many negative effects of high tech lifestyles and stress on our bodies and psyches, there seems to be an increasing awareness and engagement tapping into the energetic and spiritual aspects of living in a body as an integral aspect of healing processes and well-being. I prefer to keep my intimate micropractice under the radar. I am deeply fulfilled by the work that I do with my patients, and grateful for their appreciation for the care and energy I provide. The rhythms of my days include gardening, walking on country roads and forest paths, cooking organic and biodynamic produce from and , yoga with .yoga and - livestream and live. I pop up here from time to time to say Hi! Sending love to friends and family, and weaving a few strands into the web of life and connection.
