Expansion update‼️

Brunton architects had 3 General Contractors here today to bid on the project. The plan is to break ground in May, adding 4 more care suites, and a large common space for residents, families and staff. 🙌🏼

It is SO fun to see the architects bringing these dreams to life! More to come!! 🤩

Last week, we had a visit from the Minnesota Department of Health for our assisted living survey. 😳

It’s always a bit stressful as they dig into every aspect of the care provided, the state of the building, and even down to whether we are using the proper crockpot in the kitchen. 😵‍💫

According to our surveyor, most facilities average 20-30 tags per survey. We are excited to report that we ended with 8! (one of those being the wrong crockpot😉)

Thank you to the dedicated South View team that provides exceptional care to the seniors in our area! This would not be possible without the hard work you do every single day! 🤩👏🏼💜
