My son Josh is 47 years old and he has stage 4 liver disease. He needs a liver transplant to save his life.
He is on the waiting list for a liver at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, but that could take up to 5 years before s liver becomes available.

People may not realize they can donate 30% of their liver and within 2-3 months it will grow back. That’s right, you could save a life by donating! Here are the perimeters:
18-60 years old
BMI under 35
Type A or O blood
In good health.
You would fill out a form and then be contacted by someone at Northwestern and go in for an evaluation. If you are a match we could proceed with the transplant.
