Don’t let Colleen’s quietness fool you; she is a warrior! On Sunday our Director of Clinical Denials ran in the Chicago Marathon, raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Leni Jo Hethke, the daughter of our nurse, Ashley. We couldn’t be more proud!

✨Meet Janna Friday, Director of Finance ✨

Janna joined Apricity HS, LLC. in 2025 as the Director of Finance, where she works closely with our team to keep financial and accounting operations running seamlessly.

Growing up in a small town, she witnessed firsthand the importance of rural medicine in supporting local communities.

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Pre-Law, Janna brings extensive experience to Apricity. She previously served as an Internal Auditor for a Fortune 100 company, earning her Certified Internal Auditor designation, and spent 15 years in the banking industry as Vice President overseeing accounting and daily operations.

Outside of work, Janna enjoys beach trips, traveling, and spending time with her husband Keith and their three children. 🌊👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kristy has worked in various roles, from bedside nursing to leadership and case management. 📝

Kristy has built high-performing teams of appeal nurses focused on both denial prevention and recouping owed revenue. 🤝

Her passion for healthcare policies and her ability to make complex systems actionable led her to specialize in clinical denials and appeals. She holds a master’s in health systems leadership from Gonzaga University and is dedicated to improving the healthcare system one appeal at a time. ✅
