❄️❄️Even at the lower end of what's anticipated, we should get some significant snowfall tomorrow. Pace yourself!!

🚶‍➡️Warm up! This one is shaping up to be a workout. Get in some light movement and stretching before grabbing your shovel. A few minutes can pay huge dividends.

🕙If possible, try to keep up with the storm. Break your shoveling into multiple sessions of a few inches of snow, rather than trying to clear it all at once.

💧Layer up and stay hydrated! Even in this cold, you can work up a sweat when wearing multiple layers.

🪑Take breaks as needed. If you're not used to regular exercise, shoveling can take its toll on your body.

🧍In addition to the tips in the graphic, remember to engage your core (tighten your stomach muscles) when lifting a load.

If you feel any strain in your lower back, stop, rest, and stretch. And then call us! 😄

1 large avocado
3-1/2 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup real maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
