To book online using our new and improved system…

1. Go to the App Store/Google Play Store
2. Download “The scheduling app” with a blue calendar logo
3. Enter clinic code: “CPRKPK”
4. Accept the terms and create an account
5. Select your desired location and provider
6. Select your desired date and time
7. That’s all! We will text you a reminder 3 days prior and 1 day prior.

Perks of this new system:

WE'RE MOVING!

We are excited to inform you that our Chiropractic office will be relocating to a new, more convenient location AND merging with Revive Chiropractic, effective February 16th, 2026. We want to ensure a smooth transition for all our patients.

🏠 Our new address will be: 500 Grandview Crossing Drive, Gibsonia PA 15044.

The new location is conveniently located off of Route 8 in Gibsonia. If you are coming from Butler, turn right and if you are coming from Pittsburgh/Hampton, Turn left at the light to enter Target and head towards Buffalo Wild Wings. We are between Sports Clips and Subway.

We believe this change will enhance our ability to serve you better with improved facilities and accessibility including parking and support staff to help you with any insurance and scheduling needs.

Here are a few key points to keep in mind:

•Effective Date: Our services at the current location have ended.
•New Address: Starting February 1st, please visit us at the new address mentioned above.
•Contact Information: Our phone number will remain the same, so you can still reach us with any questions or to schedule appointments.
