My primary focus is pain management and structural bodywork. Discounted rates for all first responders. I am a 2016 graduate from the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC. Since then, I have worked in a few different settings until bringing my practice home to our farm in Gibsonville in early 2020. When you come for a session, there is always time to visit the goats, horse, ducks, chickens, rabbit or whatever wayward creatures have ventured into my care since writing this. Just let me know beforehand if you'd like to meet any of the critters and I'll have treats handy. I am passionate about massage and the benefits that bodywork can offer to people struggling with chronic pain, stress or daily discomfort and take my work seriously - if I can't help you, I will gladly refer you to trusted Physical Therapists, Chiropractors or other Massage Therapists that may be better suited to your needs. I frequently work with other practitioners to help develop a plan that will work best for you. I would say that 85% of my clientele are first responders and that is really the population I specialize in - law enforcement, fire, EMS and communications all have different issues that show up from a musculoskeletal standpoint and I have become very familiar and adept at treating them. I have discounted rates for first responders, no upcharges for services like hot stone, etc and I do not charge any cancellation or missed appointment fees because I understand the struggle of late calls and sleep schedules.
