These positions are responsible for leading and overseeing all nursing services to ensure the highest quality of resident care - managing clinical staff, setting and enforcing nursing standards, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.

We’ve had such a fun and festive week celebrating the season with our residents! ❤️
Our residents enjoyed getting creative by making their own beautiful flower arrangements and crafting Christmas ornaments to decorate and share.

We were also blessed with a special visit from the Gideon Beta Club, who filled our halls with joy by singing Christmas carols. 🎶🎄 Their voices truly brightened everyone’s day and brought so many smiles.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so special. Moments like these are what the holiday season is all about! ✨❤️
