We are an 89-bed skilled facility that offers short and long-term care, respite and hospice care, outpatient therapy, and adult day care services. Country Health is a not-for-profit, locally owned facility in the small, rural, community of Gifford in Champaign County. We are an 89-bed skilled facility run by a Board of Directors and managed by Heritage Enterprises. We offer short and long-term care, respite and hospice care, outpatient therapy, and adult daycare services. Some of our amenities include: a beautiful stained-glass chapel that is used for daily devotions which include Catholic and Lutheran services, several welcoming fenced-in courtyards, an active auxiliary of patrons and volunteers, and transportation for medical appointments as well as recreational outings. We also have a large activity room equipped with an oven and stove for residents to use and multiple common areas and lounges for activities and family gatherings as well as kitchenettes in several areas for resident and family use.
