✅ A wide-brimmed hat or sun visor
✅ A full water bottle—hydration is key!
✅ Breaks in the shade to stay cool
✅ Light layers or breathable clothing
✅ And of course… lots of tail wags and love 💛

Whether you're helping a resident enjoy the garden or heading out for a mid-morning stroll, don’t forget to take care of yourself, too. Summer’s better when we all stay safe and supported. 🌞

As people get older, their bodies don’t cool down as easily. That means seniors can feel fine even while their body is getting too hot.

That’s why we keep things extra cool, calm, and hydrated in our communities — for the people who mean the world to us. 💧❄️
