In addition to massage and spa services, we also offer infrared sauna sessions. Our saunas include pre-set programs that give you the optimal dosages of far, mid, and near infrared light energy in our quiet, comfortable and peaceful tranquility room. Our sauna sessions are proven to enhance detoxification, heart health, muscle recovery, anti-aging, relaxation, immunity, sleep, and weight loss. We use products from nature in our services and offer a variety of nature inspired retail products which compliment our services. Monarch has proudly served Gig Harbor since 2020. We are open by appointment only 7 days a week, and we are conveniently located between Uptown and Downtown on Kimball Dr. neighboring Kimball Coffeehouse.
