What’s your 1st gig harbor stop once you cross the Narrows bridge into the Harbor?
My cravings were always:

1. Cutters Point (formally Austin Chase) because lattes hadn’t caught on and were still just a wa thing in the 1990’s
2. Kinza’s hot chicken extra salad dressing (teriyaki also surprisingly a wa thing)
3. Round Table salad bar for that irreplaceable RANCH! iykyk

Drop your gig harbor first stop when you’re home for the holidays!
Remember extra hugs for mom and dad they’ve missed you something fierce!

It must be something in the water 🌊 because kids who grow up in Gig Harbor and leave for college (usually somewhere sunnier and warmer) almost always find their way back when it’s time for their next chapter and Jenn is no exception! ⚓️
After moving away, she quickly realized just how special this place truly is — the beauty, the sense of community, and the joy of raising kids surrounded by family. 🫶
Now, as a realtor and lifelong local, Jenn gets to help others discover why so many people fall in love with Gig Harbor — whether it’s their hometown or their new favorite place to call home.

In all seriousness, October was a special month. From a one of a kind property off Cromwell, to an Olalla view home that’s the most charming fixer-upper, to helping a client sell their first home turned investment property, and guiding a truly special client (now a wonderful friend) into their new home in Gig Harbor, every closing this month carried its own story and heart. 

And yes… CJ may have shown up as Ricky Bobby to deliver this Keydays because we had to show off his costume! 🎃🏁🏎️

In early 2024, we started working with buyers who had their eye on a home in Gig Harbor, one they’d admired for years.
Even though it wasn’t on the market, we reached out through letters and calls and were able to connect with the owners for a tour. That home wasn’t the one, but it kicked off a year-and-a-half journey to find the perfect fit.
When the Cromwell property hit the market, we knew we had to act fast. First showing, first offer, and with clear communication and collaboration, it was accepted the same day.
No competition. 🙌
