💐 Each year, we set aside a special week to celebrate our amazing residents and associates and the role that skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities play in senior care.

We care for those who cannot care for themselves. We help rehab patients recover from illness or injury. And we do it all in a series of many moments... ☺️

From assisting a resident with getting dressed in the morning to providing meals, activities, medication administration, help with activities of daily living, and therapy as appropriate, our associates work together to create a full experience of care.

👩‍⚕️ Lacey has been a compassionate and dedicated nurse since 2009, beginning her journey at this facility as an LPN on the long-term care unit. With a true passion for geriatric nursing, Lacey is deeply honored to step into the role of Resident Care Manager. 🩺 Melanie started at Cottesmore in 2024 as a CNA and has worked her way into becoming an LPN! She is pursuing her RN career in the near future. Melanie was born and raised in Tacoma and continues to set her roots. In her free time, she likes to explore the outdoors. 🌲 Her biggest accomplishment thus far is becoming a Nurse at Cottesmore.
