The thing I love the most about neuromuscular cupping is tracking the pain patterns and the results my clients get when we reveal those patterns. So satisfying!!!

Learning about all the elements to the body is so important to me and how I approach healing for my clients and myself. You can’t really heal if you only focus on one element. For a more sustainable outcome you must look at all elements and find balance mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. 💜

If you are dealing with any kind of grief this is a great way to get your body into a place of comfort and healing when you don’t know what else to do for yourself.
