Finally, the sauna is up and ready for all of you to use! This is a infrared sauna with light therapy and a Bluetooth speaker. Your session can be customized to whatever benefits you are looking to achieve that day. The sauna can be used before or after a massage or as a standalone service. Benefits of using a sauna are:

* improves circulation
* decreases arthritis pain and chronic pain
* increases heart rate to improve cardiovascular health
* improves muscle recovery
* alleviates stress, depression and insomnia
* improves lung function and your body’s recovery process

to use them the sauna as a standalone service it’ll be $35 but if you choose to use the sauna paired with your Massage before or after the cost will only be $25. Complementary water and tea will be served with this service as well. Message me for more details if you are interested in trying this out. I’m very excited to add this addition to my wellness center.

Low back pain is no joke! That is why I love cupping and so do my clients. Cupping helps to increase the blood flow, lift the tissues and loosen fascia and decrease tension. Cupping is also great for muscle stains, injury recovery and overall health and well being.

As we approach the midpoint in March, it’s important for us to stay on track and ignite that fire within to continue our life path and achieve all of our goals and ambitions and find our inner truth. Burnout is a real thing and it’s important to take the time to do self-care even if it’s just a quick fix. Something is better than nothing and will often give you way more benefits than you think. So even if you can’t come in and get massages often as you would like creating self-care rituals will help you stay on track and not burn out.

Pop in on February 17th anytime between 5:30pm and 8:30pm to create a vision board to set goals and manifest all your dreams. February 17 is the first day of the lunar new year, which is the year of the horse. The year of the horse represents taking action, so let’s all take action together and inspire one another to take charge of our lives.
