･Embracing Our Shadows Day Retreat: Liberation from Sexual Shame. Explore narratives, beliefs, and experiences in a safe space. Learn and practice cognitive and somatic tools to work through confusion, distress, and conditioning. Plus experience the healing power of vibrational sound therapy. Apparently, it’s national dog day. So let’s all collectively pretend that this is a dog and not a muppet 😂 But in seriousness, this sweet girl has enriched my life and the lives of my clients so much! She has taught me hard lessons about myself, my relationships, and my priorities. She has taught me so much patience, reminded me to slow down, helped me have fun, and she makes me laugh all the time.
