Yes, I am very proud of the practice. We have built here in Gig Harbor, Washington with health and wellness as our number one focus and now offering primary care. But today is the day to go out and vote because… My husband Thomas Lemoine is running for a fire commissioner for Gig Harbor fire department. He has their endorsement as well as 30 years experience in the fire service and is the best man for the job. We love living in the Pacific Northwest and being a part of our community. 🎊🍾🎉I just wanted to take this moment to say Congrats to Courtney and Aleigh on their new endeavors!
We came together in 2020 and began building a dream, building new careers and building bonds with each other and our community! It has been a road that has taught us many lessons with many high points and few bumps in the road along the way! We have learned so much and grown into strong business women.

It is bitter sweet to have had our last day working all together. It has come time to divide and conquer… Courtney and Aleigh are branching out on their own to continue pursuing their passion for aesthetics while I continue to grow my team and medical practice and support the community in their medical needs, hormones, weight loss and overall health journey.

A special thank you to Annie and Eva for all their hard work… we will miss you guys as well!

Although our teams have divided…. We are all stronger than ever and I am truly blessed to have had the privilege to work side by side with these ladies. We will continue to support each other from across town and hope you all know we wouldn’t be here with your love and support.

I just got my first dexascan and the results were eye opening!!!! I met with Jordon at Dexafit in Gig Harbor and she was phenomenal. So passionate about health and wellness. It was shocking to see. I was actually 13 years younger given my muscle mass compared to my real age. Definitely a testament to my ongoing testosterone and hormone optimization over the last couple of years as well as living a healthy lifestyle. And shocking again that my entire skeleton only weighs 5.3 pounds. No wonder they tell us to keep our bones healthy because they can be very frail as we age with low estrogen levels and inactivity and we are setting ourselves up for failure unless we watch our bone density and get our DEXA scans on a regular basis.
