This is available to only 1 practitioner that is the right fit for this Wellness practice that offers Healing Bodywork, Health + Wellness Coaching and Apothecary.

This is a fully furnished comfortable and calming space, great storage, a locked file cabinet, wifi, lounge area, coffee/tea, fridge, microwave, free (safe) parking, easy access for you and clients right off the Olympic Exit in a quiet professional building. 2nd floor.

This space can accommodate individual/couples therapy. It is a wellness practice that will compliment your healing work without the stress and worry about furnishing a space and a year lease.

Month to month (with 1 month rent deposit) lease

Options:

2 Full Day Use: Mondays and Wednesdays ($225)

3 Full Day Use: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday ($325)

4 Full Day Day Use: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday ($425)

Evenings 430PM-9PM Monday - Friday ($395)

Any combination of what's availble can be discussed.

All you need is the clients, availability during the above open times and obvious courtesy for this healing shared space.

Would love to refer to an in house therapist for the already established wellness clients and build community.

I turned 52 this last week. It's a beautiful realization when you come to the age of liberation. To fully know yourself and to love all parts. I'm grateful for this moment in life and every moment that brought me to this point. What a beautiful world we live in. My husband took me to the woods 🌲 where we explored quiet living on a few beautiful rivers. Under the stars. Lost in the woods. God is Good.

In moments of fear, high stress, feelings of being overwhelmed where do we go? Often, internally which can feel lonely, isolating and heavy. Neuroscience says the nervous system can be regulated and find a healthy rhythm & balance with MEDITATION. PRAYER. That's comforting and empowering and truly a way to lighten the load on our brains and what we do for our brain, we do for the Body! Maybe we can't stop the rough waves 🌊 from crashing into us but we can SURF THEM🏄‍♀️ with MINDFUL AWARENESS & PRACTICE. Here is a friendly reminder to take just a few min in these moments... a pause, take a deep breath, connect to your higher power and find your grounding in these moments. Hold that space for just a few min. Hand on heart, feeling your chest rise as you breath in through your nose and down as you exhale. You got this. We got this. Keep it simple.
