On National Doctors Day, I thought I would share a little bit about myself.

My specialty is Family Medicine.

For over 30 years, I have provided comprehensive care to patients of all ages with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

I hold the distinction of academic appointments as full professor at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, the University of Nevada and University of Arizona Schools of Medicine.

Currently I deliver patient care and teach at a University of Washington affiliated program in the Pacific Northwest where I lead curricular activities in sports medicine, orthopedics, community health, resident scholarship and faculty research.

I founded Be Healthy! Be Happy! in 2011 to deliver cutting edge micronutrient products and evidence-based health information that enhance health and happiness.
