Dear Valued Patients,

Please be advised that our office will be closed for the holiday season and construction. This will be starting at 5:00 PM on December 20, 2024, and we will reopen at 9:00 AM on December 30, 2024.

Important Reminder: If you require a refill of your medication, please contact our office no later than 5:00 PM on December 18, 2024. This is to ensure your prescription is processed and sent before we close for an extended time.

For any medical emergencies during this time and require immediate medical attention, please call 911 or visit the nearest urgent care or emergency room.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again when we reopen.
