Join us next Wednesday for a fun evening of yoga movement and crystal singing bowls! We will explore through storytelling and healing sound frequencies. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families in our community in a loving space. Space is limited, ticket link is in the bio! 💗

What to expect:
We will begin our evening learning some fun yoga movement and poses, followed by a story time that includes the poses we just learned. We will end our evening with a sound bath experience from the crystal singing bowls. The singing bowls hold a beautiful 432hz sound frequency that encourages healing and peacefulness in the mind and body. There will be an opportunity for everyone to try out a singing bowl and experience the magic first hand.

This class offering is best suited for children ages 4-11 years old. Adult must attend class with child. Younger siblings are welcome to join us as well!
