We accept HSA cards:)! We are a licensed provider that delivers healthcare and as such we qualify.
We also know healthcare is expensive so we keep our rates affordable for most people.
As a side note, it is only the provider fee that’s not covered by your insurance. Most things that usually covered are covered when we order it as well, for example things such as labs, X-rays, imaging , medications sent to retail pharmacies etc. For a variety of reasons, more and more providers are not contracting with insurance companies. The reasons are many and typically personal for each provider but for us it’s because we want to deliver healthcare that is specific to the individual as well as meaningful value. When in a traditional office, it’s near impossible to be able to do what we want to do ideally because of time constraints. When you need to see between 25 and 30 patients in an eight or nine hour day, it becomes near impossible to do what you need to do with each patient in a 4 to 6 minute interaction.
Insurance companies and the healthcare system in general needs to change and this is not news to any of us. But until that happens we want to give each patient the time and care they deserve to appropriately address their needs and concerns.
Because we are independent from insurance companies, we are afforded the luxury of being able to deliver healthcare reimagined one patient at a time and for this, I’m truly lucky.
