HIPS … don’t lie 😫
We all need FLEXIBLE and STRONG hips to sit, walk, dance, play sports, have sex… SO many things!
Make sure those babies are moving strong & freely so you don’t get hurt, feel younger, have less pain, less stiffness, less inflammation, & can do more activities!
The hip joint SHOULD HAVE one of the most amounts of movement than any other joint in the body! However, MOST ppl lose a lot of their ability to rotate as they age…not because their old, but because we don’t USE them like we used to!
Think about how toddlers move their hips…
& then think about how YOU move your hips 🥹
Here I’m working on gaining more external rotation and then STRENGTHENING those new ranges of motion (b/c whats flexibility without being able to use it???) NOTHING.
