You know what pi**es me off… like 10 min before this I held my handstand. It hasn’t been the handstand practice that has been difficult, it’s been the acceptance that each day my body, my emotions, my thoughts are different- therefore my handstand is different. Be patient, with yourself and with your practice. I am not weak because my handstand didn’t work, I am strong because I was able to acknowledge that something was a little different 10 min later. ✨
