Shared to stories & some of you were curious as to what we did to get these beautiful yet natural results, so I decided to make a post 😉
The short answer: routine Tox and a few filler sessions over the years
Long answer: Tox every 3-4 months the first 1-2 years…now we go about 6 months between Tox visits. Areas we target include the upper face (frontalis, glabella, crows) & lip flip. In addition once a year masseters to relieve jaw tension & create a more “V” shape to the lower face. Ballpark 70-80 units to treat all these areas!
Dermal fillers have been strategically placed to balance her facial proportions and draw the eye upward for a softer, feminine, & overall refreshed appearance. Here’s where I’ve placed filler:
Cheeks-created a beautiful contour from all angles and added definition without looking harsh
Chin and prejowl sulcus (where the chin and jowl area meet)- By adding length to the chin, the jawline looks connected & elegant. It also optimized the proportions of her face as a whole, influenced by the “rule of thirds” in aesthetic medicine
Lips-several sessions to build the upper lip, which was an area she specifically wanted to focus on & add volume. It also complimented her bold, brown eyes
Pyriform (deep groove/pocket by the nasolabial fold at the base of the nose)- lifted the nose & provided support to the midface/malar fat pad of the face
Tear Troughs- subtle & conservative frosting to soften undereye hollows & keep a blended/seamless transition to the contour of her cheeks
Today we touched up the lips, left cheek (she is naturally less full on that side), and her tear troughs with a single syringe of filler followed by full face Tox injections.
Progress takes time & multiple sessions, but it is so worth it. I’m all for a slow burn as everyone’s goals, budget, + timeline is different 🫶
