Full Job Description
All Star Dietitian LLC is a thriving outpatient nutrition private practice in Gilbert, AZ. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team! This is a part time, independent contractor position with flexible hours. The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will be required to work in our Gilbert office. We are looking for a dynamic individual with outpatient nutrition counseling experience who believes in practicing with a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition. Although we do see a wide variety of clients, our primary focus is working with individuals with eating disorders in recovery as well as providing performance nutrition for all levels of athletes.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Provide medical nutrition therapy and counseling to individuals and groups
· Perform nutrition assessments, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation
Conduct metabolic testing using an FDA approved device
· Counsel and provide nutrition education to clients using individualized approaches through in-person consultation, handouts, presentations and interactive virtual practices
· Communicate with interdisciplinary team regarding client care as well as referrals to other providers and community programs as needed
· Develop and present nutrition education classes, lectures etc to community, sports teams, groups and more
· Create social media and marketing materials for practice
· Assist with other projects including menu review, in-service presentations and other projects as assigned
· Maintain adequate and up to date electronic medical records using HIPAA compliant software
· Build and maintain meal strategies to meet client goals
· Maintain up to date Registered Dietitian credentials and continuing education requirements with CDR and AND
Willingness to obtain license in another state if asked
Minimum Qualifications
· Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
· Minimum of 2 years experience working with eating disorders
· Successful completion of a Dietetic Internship approved by ACEND
Practice from a non-diet, weight inclusive lens
Desired qualifications
Master’s level education in nutrition or similar field
2+ years experience in sports performance nutrition
Previously credentialed with insurance companies a plus
Hours: Work hours and schedule may vary depending on patient and All Star Dietitian needs. Dietitian is not guaranteed a minimum number of patients or sessions per week to begin. This position will be required to see clients in person at our office as well as telehealth.
Compensation ·
Independent contractor, 1099 position. ·
$35-38 per hour based on experience. ·

Use of cloud based, HIPAA compliant record keeping software (Healthie EHR) Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $35-38 per hour
