Get a taste of what our Yoga Teacher Training has to offer! During this special event, you’ll experience a sampling of the key elements we explore in the program — from the supportive practice of wall yoga, to hands-on adjustments, to the calming and centering practice of meditation. This is a great opportunity to meet our instructors, connect with fellow students, and see firsthand how these tools can deepen your practice and inspire your teaching. 🧘🏼‍♀️
