I say this with deep respect for therapy. I believe in it, and many of my clients are doing both.
But there is a real experience I hear over and over: "I have processed this so many times. I understand it. And I still feel it in my body."
That is not a failure of therapy. That is a limitation of any approach that works primarily with the mind.
Trauma and chronic stress do not just live in our thoughts. They live in our muscles, our breath patterns, our nervous system's baseline. They show up as tension that will not release, reactivity that surprises us, exhaustion that does not respond to rest.
Breathwork reaches those places. Not through analysis, but through the body itself.
If you have done the talk work and something still feels stuck, you might just need a different door.
I would love to be that for you. 💛
