🚶🏻♀️Grounding can be done by walking outside daily, or just letting your naked skin come into contact with the earth (dirt, grass, natural water). Laying in grass, gardening, and swimming in the ocean also count as grounding.
⭐️⭐️The benefits are far greater than just getting fresh air:

👉🏼I personally started walking 15 minutes a day outside, loved it so much I upped my time to 30 minutes. Since doing this 4 months ago (as I type this, video was a couple months before), I have had significant improvement in energy, work output, handling stress, and have seen really big improvements in my strength at the gym. 💪🏼 And since filming this video I did marry this boyfriend 💍❤️
